Details
- Tickets for the Opening and Closing Night Screenings will be included in your all access registration packet.
- Festival Registration is located at the Hilton Times Square hotel (234 W. 42nd Street, bet. 7th & 8th Avenues), on the Conference Center level (button CC on the elevator).
- All Access Pass Holders must show their festival badge to theater, hotel, and other venue personnel for access to screenings, panels, and parties for entry.
Pass Pick Up & Rules
- All Access Passes will be available for pick up September 23-25, 2009 at the Urbanworld Film Festival Registration Area, located at the Hilton Times Square. See below for locations and hours.
- Proper ID (Driver’s License/State ID or Passport) must be presented for pick up; recipient must sign to receive pass & bag.
- Pass Holders must present their badge for complimentary seating to events. Pass Holders will be guaranteed admission until 15 minutes prior to scheduled screening. After this time, remaining seats will be sold to wait-listed customers at the theater.

Panel Tickets
Individual panel tickets are available at the Urbanworld Film Festival Registration Area at The Hilton Times Square. Tickets are $25 each and are available on a first–come, first–serve basis. If you’d like to purchase panel tickets in advance, please contact us and indicate which panel(s) you are interested in.
